The short answer is yes, but almost all of the top schools still look for two to four years of work experience or more. I know that the University of Chicago's GSB is tinkering with a shorter pipeline, but it's definitely not the norm. The thing to remember is that most business schools require work experience because it's necessary to get the most value out of their programs. Many friends and family of mine who've earned an MBA have said that the value derived was far more in networking and building connections than in the academic program.

There are lots of them. You just have to do your research. There are also one year MBA programs. As long as an MBA program is fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, you can be assured of a quality MBA
