too many.public schools are a waste of taxpayers dollars and a waste of time.not to knock the good teachers who do a good job with what they are given, but the whole system is broke. we should just do away with it return all that money to the parents and let them pay for kids to go to private schools where the schools have to compete for the children to go there.didn't anyone watch 20/20?
