Can you obtain financial aid in the USA for attending Grad School overseas(New Zealand.Australia)?
A few friends and I have been considering attending grad school in Australia/New Zealand. Obviously we would need to take out loans and I was wondering if these are easily obtainable. It's important to note that this is not a study abroad program within a United States University but actually attending a University there for Masters/PHD degrees.

Often times US Loan companies have a list of schools that they lend to and usually they are only in the US. I would suggest talking to your financial aid office at the school you're attending and see what they've had students do before. Also, because of the current economic down fall, many lending companies have had to close their opperations for a time. It may be very difficult to obtain a loan in the US, espcially if you don't have great credit.

If your school is listed here http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/FOTWWebApp/FSLoo... you can use federal student loans and grants to study there. Select "Foreign country" from the dropdown on the second page.

There are 8 universities in New Zealand: Auckland, AUT (Auckland) Waikato (Hamilton), Massey (Palmerston North), Victoria (Wellington), Canterbury (Christchurch), Lincoln (near Christchurch), and Otago (Dunedin). US Financial Aid is available for courses at Auckland, Canterbury, Victoria, Waikato and Massey. It also appears to be available at AUT. I could not find anything about US Financial Aid on Otago's website, but they do have a contact in International Student Services for US Finacial Aid - so it's very likely that you can get it to study at Otago, too. Lincoln does not participate in the US Federal Loan program, but is registered with a private loan provider.

if i move from usa to canada will the school system be different
if i move from usa to canada will the school system be different?
right now im in 9th grade in high school. over there high school starts in 10th grade. will my grades start counting next year for me if i move to canada

High school in Canada starts in Grade 9 generally. If you move you will have to take a transcript of your grades with you when you register at your new school.

I am a high school student in California, Usa
I am a high school student in California, Usa?
I want to study Islam along with my education in school, I want to be a scholar of Islam so I want to start from now, Please tell me what do I have to do other than pray five times, read and memorize Quran? my questions is about how can I gain knowledge of Islam.

you need to have the morals and the behaviour of a muslim scholar, those are the most important things in my opinion.. Edit: also memorising the Quran is not as important as following it.. have a good heart, don't judge people but help them, be kind, and make Allah swt proud

dear rafiq in order to study islam you first need to study explosives or else it would be very dangerous(running around with explosives without proper knowledge is very dangerous). second you need to beat your wife, kill her by throwing stones and marry an 12 year old like Mohammad. yours sincerely M. Charity- Zakat (10% of your salary if you are working) Observe fast during Ramadhan Respect your parents and elders

Dear rafiq being a scholar is a bit hard to do u need to study in a uni by lots of scholars like al-azhar in egypt or unis in saudi arabia or elsewhere but u can do as we all do and start reading books to increase ur knowledge . . . If u read arabic this would be a good extra . . . To be knowledgable abt islam u need to at least read the prophets biography the prophets stories and the rightous companions just a glimpse is okay . . . To read an interpretatiö of the quran (tafsir ibn kathir is the best) and for the biography of the prophet read the (sealed nectar) and maybe a collection of hadiths like "ryad el salhin" or gardens of the rightous . . . U nef to köw how did the hadith survive and collected . . What are the criteria and such stuff . . . I hope i have helped u rafiq and best wishes . . .

i think it's better if you try understand the meaning that wrote in the Quran. so many thing you will discover inside the Quran.
