Long distance education courses will work with you online and through the mail. There are hundreds available if you want them to grade your work and get back to you. You did not say what level of math programs you are interested in ... but for elementary school I would recommend the Excel program(http://www.excelmath.com/), which is offered as credits through various long distance education universities (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/ode/K-12.asp). http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=math+courses&btnG=Google+Search If you are trying to hone your skills at the college level, most caculators have web sites that not only help you use the calculator but also teach you the fundamentals of all operations. TI-89 has all sorts of web support groups. There a a myriad of support groups for all higher math. http://mathforum.org/mathtools/ Go to Google and type math courses. Join a math communtiy. Or sign up for a lOng Distance course through almost any university.
