Well if you have a valid visa there shouldn't be a problem.

You could probably get a visa to come study in the US, but its not like you can just come on a plane one day and start living and going to school here. Anyway, why would you want to? American high school sucks, just watch High School Musical!

Just tell them you are from Mexico, and you shouldn't have any problems at all. They do it all the time.

It will have to be private school.

You may be able to get a visa to do 1 year of study in the US. Your parents/guardian would have to pay for the cost of your education. After the one year you would not be able to enroll at any US school. If your parents had a visa such as an "H" visa and were living in the US you could go to school here. Sorry!

You can get a visa, but it will expire in a year. Also not everyone can get visas.
