I'd like to know what the best school districts to work for as a teacher are in the USA. Here is my criteria: decent pay vs. cost of living majority of schools aren't failing so badly that teachers are required to to spend all their time giving tests and following scripted curriculum. Located in an appealing area of the country. (No moving to the country). The competitiveness doesn't keep relatively new teachers from having a fighting chance at getting a job.
