Not all of them but lots do. My school assigns counselors to students, and, the counselor is the one who deals with moving classes, passing the grade, and, speaking to the students when they need help.

All teachers and counselors care about are the students with no disabilities.

All public schools are reqiured to. Private schools probably have them too. And I don't know if they're good, but they're free.
